Since most of the States now require a third-party (independent verifying co.) voice verification of orders where change of carrier is involved, you would need to
fill out forms only if you chose a plan without switching your long-distance carrier. All others, please call us at 1-877-2-CALL-BG (1-877-222-5524), so that we can process the voice verification.
